Rodolfo Severino Jr.

Rodolfo Certeza Severino, Jr. is a Filipino diplomat and was the Secretary General of Association of Southeast Asian Nations from 1998 to 2002. He is currently the Head of the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies in Singapore. He also wrote the book Southeast Asia in Search of an ASEAN Community . He studied at Ateneo de Manila University and he held a post-graduate degree in International Studies from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
